Data controller
Data collected and purpose
MRVËY collects personal data only through the contact form on this site. No tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics are used.
Legal basis
Processing is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): responding to a commercial enquiry submitted voluntarily by the person concerned. Where a commercial relationship results from the enquiry, processing continues on the basis of contractual performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention
Recipients
Form submissions are transmitted to MRVËY via Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Data is not sold, rented, or shared with any other third party. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how submitted data is handled in transit.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies, social media pixels, or behavioural tracking technologies. No cookie consent banner is required. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before deployment.

Under GDPR (Articles 15 to 22), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data held about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure of your data (right to be forgotten), where no legal obligation requires its retention
- Restriction of processing in specific circumstances
- Portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
To exercise any of these rights, contact remy.jain@edhec.com. We will respond within one month of receipt.
If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
